01 Goal
For this conceptual project I set out to create a fresh brand identity that emphasized both speed and compassion. My vision was to design a system that could live across digital platforms including web, social media, and email, while keeping community at its core.
02 Challenge
The exercise focused on moving away from the typical sterile and overly clinical look often seen in healthcare branding. The challenge was to imagine an identity that conveyed urgency and professionalism while also feeling approachable and rooted in a sense of care for the community.
03 Approach
I researched how local clinics communicate with their communities and studied modern design in leading healthcare and pharmacy brands. From these insights, I created digital campaign concepts for web, social media, and email that emphasized accessibility, trust, and compassion.
04 Outcome
The result was a cohesive, conceptual brand identity that feels modern, memorable, and community-focused. The system demonstrates how urgent care facilities could present themselves in a way that builds trust and reinforces their role as a reliable partner in health.
Meet Your New Neighbor.
This brand was created to highlight the idea of care you can count on in the moment you need it most. The name and visuals bring together the ideas of ‘minute’ and ‘aid,’ reflecting the promise of quick, reliable care when it matters most. The introduction of a warm color palette softens the traditional urgent care look, making the identity feel welcoming and approachable, more like a neighbor you can count on than a clinic you just visit.

Message in a Pill Bottle.
This email campaign concept focused on building community awareness while sharing bite-sized self-care tips and easy-to-digest health insights. The header design draws inspiration from the shape of a bandage strip, creating a subtle yet recognizable healthcare reference. Pill‑shaped framed photos carry this idea through the design, creating a consistent and recognizable look.

Your Retention Please.
In today’s crowded world of social media and web content, it’s easy for marketing to get lost in the noise. My approach to banner design uses bold visuals and distinctive shapes to cut through the crowd and stand apart from common design conventions.
